 CERECONS Partners with GE to Support Managed Care Application (MCA) Integration.
Provider and administrative dashboards and patient portals are now available to users of GE’s Managed Care Application (MCA), thanks to a partnership between GE and Unlimited Innovations, developer of the CERECONS software for healthcare organizations.
GE has developed a sophisticated Application Program Interface (API) that allows other software to "talk" to its MCA, providing a bi-directional flow of information into and out of the MCA program.
CERECONS has used this API, called Health Care Objects (HCO), to provide MCA clients with the full range of CERECONS functionality, resulting in an end-to-end healthcare management system.
CERECONS has been providing solutions to Managed Care Organizations and Independent Physician Associations (IPAs) for many years.
